Thanks to the laziness of the San Francisco City Attorney's office the tax payers of San Francisco now owe a Satanist musician $3.75 million dollars over an unextraordinary bike accident. Apparently the city didn't want to go to trial to make this Satanist worshiper take the witness stand to explain what he was doing at 12:30 a.m. on bad roads in poorly lit areas of San Francisco likely with ear buds in his ears!
