Satanist Edmond Wollmann Loses Gary Bemis Esq., Posts On My Twitter Account

DISCLOSURE:  Satanist Edmond Wollmann has lost yet another attorney, Gary Bemis, Esq., whose withdrawing from his case.  Someone with the Twitter account Edmond Wollmann has since been stepping up his campaign by posting psy-op materials on my Twitter account.

They created a blog on word press as a psy-op because Satan plans on having me murdered with the court and public's approval.  This on-going threat remains that Mr. Wollmann refuses to end his crazy activities because he hasn't accepted the Lord as his salvation.

Satan may win some present battles, but the outcome of the war has already been determined—and Satan knows it.

Astrologer Edmond Wolmann is trying to kill me off, won't stop until I'm dead.

I wanted to post this publicly because Mr. Wollmann continues to attack me and my business, putting up a huge propaganda website accusing my notary service of being a fraud.  A client disclosed this to me last week, I don't do any Google searches on myself or businesses due to the disturbing nature that these men have targeted me as if they're drones set to destroy.  At the same time, Mr. Wollmann is continually stealing money out of my bank accounts refusing to allow a reasonable monthly payment to accommodate his unlawful default judgment from 2011 that was based on perjury, cover-ups, manipulation, suspension of a significant statute and the over site of pertinent facts. He just stole another $500 Friday and $230 on Monday.

I wanted to let people know that at first I wanted to just be a singer in 2007 but when cyber stalkers began harassing me I got an education in law only to find these beasts in the court system wanting to swallow me whole and digest a slow murder of my life like pythons.  I had wanted to dedicate a new career as a Legal Document Assistant to help people avoid excessive lawyer's fees.

In 2009 I was a Legal Document Assistant and member of the California Association of Legal Document Assistants. I had a business At Your Service Legal Document Prep.  I was a member of CALDA's Board for a few weeks.  The business was to help low income people file their own legal forms without an attorney.  For instance, one of my clients saved $10,000 in lawyer fees on her divorce by choosing to use my services for $500.

The reason I left the business was the heavy intimidation I encountered from Judge Robert C. Longstreth of the San Diego Superior Court (East County) prior to his moving to the family court division.  In 2009 I had filed a lawsuit in pro se against Edmond Wollmann after two years of continual defamation with a huge blog up about me including email and blog comment harassment.  He did not respond to two warning letters.

Judge Longstreth had two ex parte hearings with Edmond Wollmann and issued fraudulent laced restraining orders against me in retaliation for my turning a gun threat email over to the La Jolla Police who visited Mr. Wollmann.  I was falsely accused of many things in these temporary orders and was not present to defend myself in San Diego.  I was also threatened at a phone teleconference in court by Judge Longstreth that there were "consequences for going after the wrong man" in the lawsuit I filed.   Judge Longstreth knew I was a Legal Document Assistant and member of CALDA and was holding it against my case because I had disclosed it in my legal briefs.

There was someone initially impersonating Mr. Wollmann who I later learned to be Rick Lazzarini, a Hollywood horror film special effects man for Night on Elm Street, Alien, and many other films and owner of The Character Shop in Simi Valley, CA.  Mr. Wollmann lost his EWollmann@aol.com email address that enabled another to obtain it in order to impersonate him.  Judge Longstreth was aware someone involved in Hollywood filed a Motion to Quash through entertainment industry attorney Joseph Hart, Esq. in Beverly Hills. Turns out the two men Lazzarini and Wollmann knew each other and Mr. Wollmann did not disclose this foreknowledge of his impersonator at a deposition.

Judge Longstreth made it clear any future of my filings wouldn't make a bit of difference in the other central court of San Diego where the case was filed, that it would be futile due to his ruling at the restraining order hearing, that he asked me to dismiss my lawsuit.  After I dismissed the lawsuit, the Court suspended the statute that prohibited Mr. Wollmann from filing a cross lawsuit and he was allowed 8 months into the lawsuit to file a cross-complaint.  I responded to the complaint but was later led to believe the case was not active nor set for any hearing.

Two attorneys, Timothy Walton, Esq. an attorney who had experience in other cases dealing with Mr. Wollmann and my contract attorney Cathy Kazemi both told me the case was over that there were no further hearings after I dismissed my lawsuit against Mr. Wollmann.  I was misinformed.  One year later there was a hearing I wasn't aware of to defend myself at.  The Court issued a punitive damages default judgment against me for $570,000 awarding Mr. Wollmann allegedly $100,000 in lawyer's fees though he was largely in pro se.

Since I learned of this judgment, my life has continually been endangered by these men who are adamant and taking every last cent I have to my name.  Mr. Wollmann would not agree to a monthly payment of $200 all I could afford. Mr. Wollmann is acting in a manner of a man without a conscience who is blaming me entirely for Rick Lazzarini's impersonation of him that is entirely irrational.  Though Mr. Lazzarini initially contacted me, it became clear Mr. Wollmann had a very abnormal obsession with me that continues to this day of having ill will intent to obliterate my life.

I'm now convinced that Mr. Wollmann won't stop coming after me until I'm dead.  He is clearly a heavily programmed psychopath trying to destroy me and my life. Judges in San Diego fully empowered Mr. Wollmann like an armed drone to come after me because they felt my former career as a Legal Document Assistant and member of the California Association of Legal Document Assistants threatened their legal industry territory.  It was confirmed to me by another party Judge Longstreth is strongly opposed to the self-help pro se Legal Document Assistant profession.  What they issued against me in the case was politically based and a cover-up for Mr. Wollmann's Satanic ritual abuse he and Rick Lazzarini were partaking in.

Free Downloads - Depositions of Cheryl Merrill vs. Satan

Over the years I've had a number of individuals ask for a copy of the Cheryl Merrill vs. Edmond Wollmann aka Satan deposition through Peterson Reporting in San Diego I conducted back in 2009.  I've since decided to put up links to the deposition along with its respective exhibits.  I put a lot of time and effort into my case in pro se and discovery.

There's another case I had at the same time, one filed against Joel Sean Gray, aka Joel Utman from Walnut Creek, CA.  I'm also providing a downloadable file to that deposition.

Edmond Wollmann filed a cross complaint lawsuit several months past the statute of the 90 day deadline.  Two attorneys, including one familiar with Mr. Wollmann from another case, a Timothy Walton, Esq., told me the case was over and the cross complaint was off the court ledger.

The court in San Diego corroborated with a clear psy-op against me and awarded Mr. Wollmann an enormous default judgment in which I wasn't even there to present my side of the facts.  I couldn't find any attorney willing to appeal the judgment likely due to the highly political and corrupt nature of the San Diego Superior Court system.  To this day, Mr. Wollmann is still trying to sabotage me carrying on having been clearly involved in the case I filed against him working with his puppet master Rick Lazzarini, a horror movie special effects man from Hollywood.

A judgment was awarded to me of $25,136 in 2010 by the San Francisco Superior Court. Mr. Gray was there in Court having many angry looks to offer in line prior to the hearing.

10 A final word: Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil. 12 For we* are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:10-12 

I eventually learned there's good reasons why Christians are prohibited from filing lawsuits that God doesn't support such efforts. The proper response to defamation, cyber stalking and harassment is prayer and forgiveness. along with any appropriate spiritual warfare.  If I had it to do over again I would have followed God's Word.  Thankfully, I've since repented and turned back to God for good.  However this doesn't mean I'm not to apply appropriate spiritual warfare since Satan's mischief's still at hand in my life.  God has forgiven me but it's up to me to properly address Satan's continual attacks of lies, false accusations and theft.

13 Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle you will still be standing firm. 14 Stand your ground, putting on the belt of truth and the body armor of God’s righteousness. 15 For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News so that you will be fully prepared.* 16 In addition to all of these, hold up the shield of faith to stop the fiery arrows of the devil.* 17 Put on salvation as your helmet, and take the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. - Ephesians 6:13-17

Edmond Wollmann's Levying My Bank Accounts

I haven't had much time to be blogging because Satan's been stealing money out of my bank account lately. So far the little devil's netted $2,500. Life's tough for Edmond Wollmann, hanging out at his apartment building's pool he manages in La Mesa, California living with his girlfriend all with free rent. Mr. Wollmann's never really had to work much for a living having time late in life to get a couple of degrees from San Diego State University that are quite worthless in today's job market.

Instead of finding a respectable means of making a living, Mr. Wollmann spends much of  his time on the Internet on USNET forums. I consider Edmond Wollmann a court approved cyber criminal.  The San Diego Superior Court approved and supported, aided and abetted Edmond Wollmann's cross lawsuit filed three months beyond statute to the tune of $570,000.  They approved of this man's treachery and supported his psychosis 100% in his big dreams of himself deserving such a huge award as if he's a man of great importance. There was no trial nor defense. They just did this all behind my back after attorneys told me the case was over when I filed for dismissal.

A couple weeks ago I got a call from Mr. Wollmann's new collection agency The Law Offices of Gary Bemis in Riverside after they levied my account for $2,260.  At that time their associate attorney wanted me to make a monthly payment offer, so I offered $200/mo. That apparently wasn't enough for the free loading building manager Edmond Wollmann who hasn't had a real job in years.  He wants more.

I didn't do anything wrong to Edmond Wollmann except file a lawsuit, the man's of Satan. He was a complete stranger who never responded to two warning letters prior to my filings.  I learned Mr. Wollmann was involved in a psy-op corroborating with his puppeteer Rick Lazzirini a Hollywood special effects man for Night on Elm Street, and the Freddie Kruger films to imposter him and lure me into a lawsuit.  The court in San Diego loved this and supported it all the way being fully aware the man who had his attorney Joesph Hart, Esq. file a motion to quash my subpoena, was in the Hollywood entertainment business. Mr. Hart specializes in Hollywood entertainment clients.

My experience was that Judge Robert C. Longstreth in particular aided and abetted Edmond Wollmann who was in his court pro se and that this corrupt court system in San Diego empowered these wicked men, supporting Satan and his plan for destruction for my life to the tune of what now is $700,000.  God has other plans for my life.

They already did the debtor hearing early last year and I submitted five years of records and tax returns up to 2012.  They know I can't pay the judgment and have no real property but they keep stealing money outright from my bank accounts ignoring my payment offers.

I know how all these poor millionaires like Elton John - Ugliest Bankruptcies must have felt prior to filing for bankruptcy.  How Singer Dionne Warwick - Biggest Tax Debtors in California must feel being one of the top debtors to the State of California for $2.3 million.  I know how they all feel because I apparently lived the high life taking Mr. Wollmann to court that I so deserve this huge judgment. I was living it up working on legal documents, now I must pay the penalty for my wild jet setting court filing ways I guess one way or another.  I spent 10 years of my life working a lot of overtime at law firms only for the court system in San Diego to want to take it all back and more for the rest of my life.   Meanwhile Mr. Wollmann spends his days out at the pool in his building, then onto the computer to entrap more victims perhaps. Free rent and such a tough life being a court approved cyber criminal!

I didn't deserve that court judgment and Jesus has since forgiven me for filing a lawsuit because I repented and turned to Him.  Christians aren't supposed to file lawsuits.  I'm going to heaven and my eyes are on God's eternal gifts! I praise Jesus for these trials in life that help me grow spiritually. I do become a bit shocked by the brazen nature of the enemy who really does believe I did something so heinous to him that he deserves every penny of the default judgment. These men operate based on fabricated scripts to manipulate their victim's minds.  There was no trial, he was mostly in pro se. I'm not declaring bankruptcy.

The battle's already been won by Jesus and my life belongs to Him.  Satan will continue to try to make it seem I did something horribly wrong that I somehow deserved this outcome. Satan is always into guilt and punishment.  Jesus came to set us free from this bondage.“Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” John 8:32
